One of our longest standing service verticals has been assisting transition clients from legacy systems to cloud based platforms including introduction of Cloud / AGI / GenAI and C models.


We are seeking a UKG WFM WorkForce Dimensions Architect or Technical Consultant


SUMMARY:

Support is required for the integration from Oracle Cloud HCM to UKG WFM (Workforce Dimensions)

Version of UKG WFM = R94.3

Source System = Oracle Cloud HCM

Target System = UKG WFM

Business objects in scope for interface = Work Structures, Employee data (Person, Assignment, Hierarchy, Costing etc)., salary data, Profile data such as Competencies, training/certifications etc.

Middleware: Oracle Integration Cloud

 

High level activities and responsibilities:

1) Field level mapping between source & target application:

Activities to complete the mapping of field level mapping between the Source System (Oracle Cloud HCM) to the Target System (UKG) for each interface that is in scope for the duration of the project.


2) Integration Strategy and Design Document:

Assist Oracle team with Integration Strategy and Integration Design Document by providing inputs related to UKG WFM application.


3) Transformation: Rules definition:

Activities associated with formulating the business rules associated with transforming the data from source system prior to the data being imported into the target system as part of the interface.

4) Transformation: Configuring & Execution of rules:

Activities associated with providing inputs for the business rules associated with transforming the data and applying those transformation rules onto the source data as part of interface into the target system.


5) System integration testing:

Activities associated with testing the interface components between Oracle Integration Cloud middleware and UKG


This includes identification of any defects & documenting the defects for You to advise on defect fix.

6) Final validation

Activities associated with testing the end-to-end business process inclusive of the interface components from Oracle Integration Cloud to UKG WFM


This includes identification of any defects related to the integrations on UKG WFM & documenting the defects for You to advise on defect fix.

7) Hypercare and Transition:

Support UKG integration for up to Four (4) weeks. Provide transition/handover document along with any code/report built for interfaces
