Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Manager - Alcobev - Off Trade. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the sales of our luxury wines and spirits in the off-trade sector in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with distributors and retailers, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets.· Will be responsible & work closely to drive the distribution team to achieve the budgets in the region. Executes specific secondary placement targets for each brand. Build excellent relationships with Off-Premises customers at all levels, with a specific focus on gaining opportunities for increased partnership in brand building activities and manages brand promotion budget assigned to the territory.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience and success in sales in the alcoholic beverage industry specifically UP State
  • Knowledge of wines, spirits, and the beverage industry
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and consumer preferences
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
