Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Manager with a strong background in both L&D and Organizational Development (OD). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs and strategies that enhance employee skills, drive organizational effectiveness, and align with our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Alignment:

  • Develop and execute the L&D strategy in alignment with organizational goals and business needs.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify key areas for development and drive organizational change initiatives.


Program Development and Management:

  • Design, implement, and manage a range of learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, skills training, and compliance.
  • Ensure programs are effective, engaging, and aligned with industry best practices.


Organizational Development:

  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify strengths, gaps, and development needs.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and support organizational restructuring and culture transformation.


Performance Measurement and Evaluation:

  • Develop and utilize metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and their impact on business performance.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management on program outcomes and areas for improvement.


Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with managers and departments to understand their training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.


Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor the L&D team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of learning initiatives.
  • Manage the budget for L&D programs and resources effectively.


Technology and Innovation:

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in L&D and OD.
  • Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools to enhance training delivery and tracking.


Compliance and Standards:

  • Ensure all training and development activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications or a master’s degree in L&D or OD preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in L&D and Organizational Development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning programs and OD initiatives.


Skills:

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using LMS and other learning technologies.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
