Training Design and Implementation for the internal employees, customers and influencers.Ability to create content or knowledge to guide the content development team which will suit the target audience.
Experience in sales training will be an added advantage.
To be able to work with multiple stakeholders in designing and developing training programmes for different stakeholders.
Specific Skills RequiredProven track record of successfully managing large-scale learning initiatives from conception to implementation.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies.Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.Certification in instructional design, training facilitation, or related fields is a plus.
*Candidates experienced in developing and designing Sales training programmes prefered.
