Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute partner marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, Understand organizational needs - identify opportunities for growth and new business, creating innovative approaches.
  2. Work closely with partners, division marketing managers and division leads fostering a disciplined joint marketing planning approach when appropriate, to define joint marketing plans, aligning Analytix and partners business objectives
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner marketing strategies with launches, campaigns, and key initiatives. Support the creation of meaningful pipeline.
  4. Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing and co-marketing campaigns and events:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the target audience and how best to engage them.
  • Develop campaign briefs that define objectives, scope, budget, audience, strategy, tactics, and metrics, and communicate them clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Focus on integrated marketing campaigns featuring full-funnel content that drives prospects through the buyer's journey.
  • Work with resources, partners, and vendors to develop marketing content, sales collateral, advertising, blogs, emails, infographics, social posts, video, case studies, sponsorships, custom events and other assets needed to drive campaigns.
  • Drive marketing programs across SEO, paid social, paid search, organic social, ABM, events, webinars, and website copy.


Competencies & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in B2B services marketing and/or a solid understanding of professional services, or outsourcing business.
  • Proven experience in partner or channel marketing
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies with channel partners in a competitive environment
  • Excellent at grasping highly technical concepts and creating marketing content and communications that have value and are easily understood.
