Our web team crafts visually compelling and high-performing websites that bring ideas to life for clients across real estate, education, lifestyle, and corporate sectors.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Website Developer who has a keen eye for design, solid technical expertise, and a strong understanding of modern web technologies. You’ll work closely with our design and digital teams to develop responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-friendly websites that align with brand strategy and deliver a seamless user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and update websites using WordPress, React, or HTML/CSS frameworks.Collaborate with designers to convert Figma/Adobe XD layouts into functional web pages.Ensure responsive design across all devices and browsers.Manage hosting, domains, and integrations such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and third-party forms (Pabbly, Email.js, etc.).Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance.Troubleshoot technical issues and provide maintenance support for existing client websites.Work with the digital team to implement marketing tags, landing pages, and tracking codes.Stay updated with the latest web technologies, plugins, and security practices.RequirementsStrong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and WordPress (Elementor, WPBakery, or custom themes).Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and Tailwind CSS.Experience with version control (Git/GitHub).Familiarity with cPanel, FTP, and DNS management.Understanding of SEO principles, page speed optimization, and web accessibility.Ability to work on multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Preferred SkillsBasic understanding of API integrations.Knowledge of animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion, Lottie).Experience with eCommerce (Shopify or WooCommerce).Familiarity with hosting providers like GoDaddy, HostGator, or Netlify.What We OfferA creative and collaborative workspace.Opportunity to work on diverse brands and industries.Freedom to experiment with design and technology.Competitive salary and growth-oriented environment.
