**Position Overview**:
As a Website Designer at VRT Management Group, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-converting landing pages and websites tailored to engage entrepreneurs and business leaders. Your role includes revamping existing sites, creating custom layouts and user interfaces, and ensuring a mobile-first, responsive design. You will design visual assets, maintain brand consistency, and optimize user experience (UX) while incorporating feedback and conducting user testing. With creative freedom to explore new trends, your work will contribute to SEO-friendly, high-performing websites that align with VRT’s strategic goals and drive engagement and conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Develop High-Converting Landing Pages**:
You will create well-designed, optimized landing pages that focus on lead generation, conversion, and engagement. These pages will target entrepreneurs and business leaders, and will serve as key tools in our digital marketing campaigns.
- **Revamp and Enhance Existing Websites**:
You will take the lead in assessing and revamping our existing websites to improve their overall visual appeal, usability, and performance. Your goal is to make sure they are aligned with the latest design trends, reflect the company’s evolving brand, and are tailored to our target audience.
- **Design Custom Website Layouts and User Interfaces**:
You will be responsible for creating wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for new website layouts, ensuring they are functional, visually appealing, and user-friendly. You will ensure intuitive navigation, logical structure, and design consistency throughout the website.
- **Ensure Mobile-First and Responsive Design**:
Every design must be optimized for mobile devices and various screen sizes to ensure that users have a seamless experience across platforms. Your responsibility will include testing and refining the designs to ensure maximum performance and usability across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
- **Develop Creative Visual Assets**:
You will design engaging visual elements such as banners, buttons, icons, and infographics to enhance the content presentation on the website. These visual assets shouldcomplement the overall site aesthetics and contribute to a coherent visual identity.
- **Maintain Brand Consistency and Reflect Strategic Goals**:
You will ensure that all website designs align with VRT’s brand identity, business strategy, and target audience. This includes using appropriate colour schemes, typography, and imagery that resonate with business leaders and entrepreneurs.
- **Optimize User Experience (UX)**:
You will ensure that our websites and landing pages offer a smooth, intuitive user experience. By focusing on functionality, flow, and ease of use, you’ll enhance how visitors interact with our digital platforms, driving higher engagement and conversion rates.
- **Integrate Feedback and Conduct User Testing**:
Regularly test designs and gather feedback from internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement. You will continuously refine and tweak the website based on performance, feedback, and evolving business needs.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Awareness**:
While your primary role is not coding, an understanding of SEO principles will be essential as you’ll need to design websites that are SEO-friendly and optimized for search engine visibility. Collaboration with content and SEO teams may be required to ensure that your designs contribute to improved rankings.
- **Monitor Website Performance**:
You will keep track of key performance indicators such as site speed, bounce rate, and user engagement metrics, working to improve these through design enhancements and layout adjustments.
- **Creative Freedom and Innovation**:
As the primary designer, you will have the freedom to explore new design techniques, trends, and ideas. You will be expected to push the boundaries of design, while ensuring that the website aligns with business goals and drives conversions.
- **Stay Updated with Design Trends and Best Practices**:
You will continuously research emerging trends in web design, UX/UI principles, and digital marketing to ensure that VRT’s digital presence remains modern, effective, and competitive.
