Key Responsibilities: Clinic Operations & Administration • Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic ensuring smooth functioning of all departments. • Manage front office, nursing, housekeeping, and support staff efficiently. • Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards as per medical and aesthetic protocols. • Coordinate schedules for doctors, therapists, and procedure rooms. Patient Experience & Relationship Management • Ensure a warm, professional, and high-quality experience for every patient. • Handle patient queries, feedback, and escalations effectively. • Supervise patient counseling and follow-up processes to improve retention and satisfaction. • Work with marketing and CRM teams to enhance patient engagement and loyalty programs. Sales & Revenue Management • Track daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance. • Support consultation-to-conversion processes by training front office and counselors. • Manage billing accuracy, payment collections, and expense control. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of services. Team Management & Training • Recruit, train, and motivate clinic staff to deliver service excellence. • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. • Ensure staff adherence to brand values, grooming, and service etiquette. Coordination & Compliance • Coordinate with vendors, laboratories, and medical suppliers for seamless operations. • Maintain clinic records, reports, and compliance documentation. • Ensure adherence to all safety, ethical, and regulatory standards. Skills & Qualifications: • Graduate or Postgraduate in Hospital / Healthcare / Business Administration preferred. • Prior experience of 1 year in managing aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, or wellness clinics preferred.• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software. • Customer-oriented mindset with an eye for detail and quality.
