Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Analysis: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Workday system enhancements. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and recommend solutions to address organizational needs.

2. Configuration and Customization: • Configure and customize Workday modules, including but not limited to HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Financial Management. • Develop and implement custom reports, calculated fields, and business processes to align with business requirements.

3. Integration Management: • Design and implement integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, collaborating with IT and other relevant teams.

4. Testing and Quality Assurance: • Develop and execute test plans to validate Workday configurations and customizations. • Ensure data accuracy and system functionality through rigorous testing processes.

5. User Training and Support: • Provide training to end-users on Workday functionality and processes. • Act as a point of contact for user support, addressing and resolving system-related issues in a timely manner.

6. Stay Current with Workday Updates: • Stay abreast of Workday releases and updates, assessing their impact on existing configurations and recommending adjustments as necessary.


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Workday Technofunctional Consultant, with expertise in configuring and customizing Workday modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR and finance processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Workday integrations.
  • Proficiency in Workday reporting tools and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Relevant Workday certifications such as Workday HCM, Workday Integration, or others are preferred
