Job Profile:
We are looking for experienced Manager/Sr Manager PMS – Performance Monitoring System, who has a solid working experience in Business excellence models, performance monitoring system development and monitoring processes. The incumbent should have a proven track record of managing the PMS for a large organization involving different stake holders.
Candidates must have hands on experience in designing, managing PMS – Performance Monitoring System of a large enterprise
The position is based out of our corporate office in Gurugram, Haryana, India
Job Responsibilities:
- Integration of organizational Performance monitoring system and individual performance monitoring system.
- Manage an organizational Balance Score Card (BSC) across the company and its subsidiaries and help the functional heads to cascade down at functional and individual levels.
- Communicate with all the concerned appraisers & appraisee and make them understand the process.
- Designing, implementing & managing performance management process goal setting, year-end performance review processes.
- Automate the process of performance management system.
- Designing, implementing, calculating & disbursing yearly performance incentives and quarterly token of appreciation (TOA).

Educational Qualification
UG: Any Graduate
PG: MBA in HR
