Job Summary:

The Lead Account Manager - Social Media Marketing will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of social media campaigns, and driving account growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of social media KPIs. You will lead a team, define processes to improve efficiency, and provide clients with timely performance reports. Your analytical skills will be crucial in enhancing the performance of all social media initiatives.


Responsibilities:

* Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

* Up-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.

* Delivery Management: Oversee the execution of social media campaigns, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.

* Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.

* Process Improvement: Define and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the social media team.

* Creative Quality: Monitor and manage the quality of creative outputs, ensuring they align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

* Account Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow client accounts, expanding the scope of services and driving client success.

* Strategic Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, positioning [Company Name] as a trusted partner.

* Social Media KPIs: Have a clear understanding of social media KPIs and use them to measure the success of campaigns.

* Performance Reporting: Provide clients with timely and detailed performance reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

* Analytical Skills: Utilize strong analytical skills to improve the performance of all social media initiatives, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights


Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on account management and client services.

* Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

* In-depth knowledge of social media KPIs and the ability to analyze performance metrics.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

* Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
