Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team in Indore. This role requires a proactive professional with strong sales skills who can lead a team while contributing individually to achieve business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets of Private Charter Plane, Helicopter and Air Ambulance Services.

- Individual Contribution: Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, physical client meetings, and networking.

- Target Achievement: Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of services.


Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and Team handling

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

- Sales Acumen: Strong ability to close deals and meet sales targets.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.

- Proactive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
