Function


The Growth Marketing Expert will develop strategic online marketing plans tailored for SMBs with small budgets in industries such as plumbing, landscaping, cleaning, remodeling, etc. The primary objective of this role is to conduct a proof of concept (POC) to validate product feasibility and its potential for achieving targeted ROAS of 1:4. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving significant ROAS for clients across diverse industries.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop a marketing strategy tailored specifically for SMBs within specified industries, guaranteeing alignment with the overarching business objectives.
  • Design full-service marketing solutions utilizing diverse channels including social media, email marketing, content creation, and PPC advertising to optimize audience outreach and engagement.
  • Utilize advanced SEO techniques and digital marketing tactics to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate high-quality leads.
  • Conduct POC activities to verify the feasibility of the product and its capability to achieve the targeted 1:4 ROAS.
  • Lead the implementation of the designed plan including the creation of the website design, website content, landing pages, and other relevant components.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, regularly analyzing data and making data-driven optimizations to optimize ROI and ROAS.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.



Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information technology, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in product marketing, with a focus on developing and launching products targeting SMBs, preferably within industries such as plumbing, landscaping, cleaning, remodeling, or similar.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, digital marketing, and full-service marketing solutions, with a strong understanding of best practices and emerging trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools to derive actionable insights and drive informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive significant ROAS.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement and delivering measurable business outcomes.
