**Role Overview:**

As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of El Clasico. You will be responsible for overseeing product development, brand strategy, and marketing efforts. A key aspect of the role involves leveraging social media to build our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive sales.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- **Strategic Planning:** Collaborate with other founders to develop and execute business strategies that align with our vision and growth objectives.

- **Product Development:** Oversee the creation and refinement of our handmade and organic skincare products, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation.

- **Brand Management:** Define and cultivate El Clasico’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.

- **Social Media Expertise:** Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage with customers, and drive online sales. Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms.

- **Marketing and Sales:** Create and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.

- **Operations Management:** Handle day-to-day operations, including inventory management, supplier relations, and quality control.

- **Customer Engagement:** Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing feedback and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.


**Qualifications:**


- Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.

- Strong understanding of organic and handmade skincare products and the market dynamics.

- Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of driving business growth and managing multiple responsibilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and lead initiatives effectively.

- Passion for natural and sustainable skincare solutions.
