About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven, growth-focused Performance Marketer to scale customer acquisition, optimize paid campaigns, and drive revenue. If you thrive on numbers, strategy, and impact, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
1. Develop & Execute Paid Campaigns
- Plan, run, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media campaigns.
- Continuously refine targeting and bidding strategies to drive maximum ROI.
2. Data Analysis & Optimization
- Track key performance metrics like CPC, CPA, ROAS, and CTR, and make data-driven adjustments.
- Implement real-time campaign optimizations based on performance insights.
3. Budget Management
- Efficiently allocate and manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum returns.
- Continuously analyze spending to improve cost-effectiveness.
4. A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and sales funnels to improve performance.
- Use insights to increase conversion rates and engagement.
5. Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Develop high-converting paid search campaigns using keyword optimization and bid management.
- Ensure alignment with SEO strategies for a holistic digital marketing approach.
6. Retargeting & Remarketing
- Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage warm leads and drive conversions.
- Use lookalike audiences and behavioral targeting for campaign scaling.
7. Social Media Advertising
- Execute high-impact paid social media campaigns targeting different audience segments.
- Optimize ad creatives and messaging for higher engagement and conversion.
8. Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Focus on acquiring high-intent leads and improving customer acquisition strategies.
- Develop retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
9. Collaboration with Content & Design Teams
- Work closely with copywriters, designers, and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Ensure brand messaging is consistent and engaging.
10. SEO Alignment
- Partner with SEO teams to maximize search visibility through paid and organic synergy.
11. Reporting & Insights
- Prepare performance reports with key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Continuously improve future marketing efforts using data-backed decisions.
12. Stay Updated with Trends
- Keep up with industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and new marketing tools.

What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in a digital-first or e-commerce space).
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (FB & IG), LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Looker, etc.).
- Strong data-analysis mindset, with experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and CRO.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively while ensuring maximum ROI.
- Experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and retargeting strategies.
- A creative thinker who can collaborate with content and design teams to build high-performing ads.
