RoleDefinition:

  • End to end solutiondesign configuration implementation data analytics testing ofsolution and communication with internal and externalstakeholders
  • Participate in process andbusiness requirements sessions with client and document tobebusiness process leveraging industry best practices Work withcustomers to identify and collect data such as historical salesshipment inventory logistics and other operations / supply chaindata from sources like databases Excel sheets emails andothers
  • Ability to convert business logic totechnical platform design including knowledge of platforminfrastructure
  • Work closely with architectsand directors to develop clear functional and technical designdocument data requirements and build complex datasets.
  • Configure a technical specification document and toolconfiguration in the o9 platform as per the design to solve deepoperations / supply chain problems and institute rigorousperformance monitoring systems
  • Usemathematical models predictive methods statistical techniquesoptimization algorithms and simulations to analyze manipulate andinterpret large enterprise data and provide business insights anddata visualization to the client management
  • Beproficient in statistical and optimization tools and programminglanguages to conduct data integration through extractiontransformation and loading (ETL) and create models to generate timeseries forecasts and operational plans
  • Createand execute workflow and data analytics testcases document issuesand track progress at resolving issues.
  • Ability to design and implement a testing protocol withsupport from junior analysts with the end goal of automatingtesting.


Skills:


  • Statistical Optimization and Simulation skills throughsoftware tools and packages like R SAS CPLEX or similar ispreferred.
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets andsoftware (Microsoft Excel Google Sheets) document processing(Microsoft Word Google Docs) presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint) isrequired.
  • Knowledge and training in databases(SQL Server MySQL) and skills one or more languages like SQL MDXTSQL or similar is required.
  • Strong analyticaltechniques data mining knowledge and proficiency in handling andprocessing large amounts of data is preferred.
  • Ability to identify key insights and critical thinking toprioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or thebiggest risks is preferreble.


Experience:



Master s Degree required with 12 years of experience orBachelor Degree with 3 5 years experience.

Degrees in the following fields: in Operations ResearchIndustrial Engineering Engineering Management Business Analytics orrelated fields with a concentration in operations oranalytics.

Experience:Implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in thesupply chain/ logisticsorganization
