Job Title: O9 Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled O9 Consultant to join our team at Saaki Argus & Averil Consulting. As an O9 Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, configuration, implementation, data analytics, and testing of solutions, as well as communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions for supply chain planning using the O9 platform.
• Configure the O9 platform to meet the needs of our clients, including data requirements and tool configuration.
• Develop and maintain complex datasets and data requirements documents.
• Work closely with architects and directors to develop clear functional and technical design documents.
• Use mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms, and simulations to analyze and interpret large enterprise data.
• Provide business insights and data visualization to clients and management.
• Configure technical specification documents and tool configuration in the O9 platform.
• Create and execute workflow and data analytics test cases.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics.
• 12 years of experience in implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/logistics organization.
• Strong analytical techniques, data mining knowledge, and proficiency in handling and processing large amounts of data.
• Ability to identify key insights and critical thinking to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or biggest risks.
• Knowledge of statistical and optimization tools and programming languages, including R, SAS, CPLEX, or similar.
• Experience with databases, including SQL Server, MySQL, and skills in one or more languages like SQL, MDX, SQL, or similar.

Preferred Skills:

• Statistical optimization and simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX, or similar.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and software, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, document processing, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, presentation, Microsoft PowerPoint.
