Conduct investigations intoemployee complaints or misconduct asneeded.PerformanceManagement: Oversee theperformance appraisal process providing guidance to managers andemployees. Implement performance improvementplans when necessary and assist in career developmentinitiatives. Ensure fair and consistentapplication of performancestandards.Training andDevelopment: Identifytraining needs and coordinate professional developmentprograms. Facilitate training sessions ontopics such as diversity and inclusion leadership skills andcompliance. Monitor and evaluate theeffectiveness of training initiatives. HR Policies andCompliance: Develop updateand enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with laborlaws and regulations. Stay abreast ofchanges in employment laws and ensure the organizationscompliance. Proven experience as an HRManager or in a similar HR role. Indepthknowledge of HR laws regulations and bestpractices. Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills. Strong problemsolvingand decisionmaking abilities. Ability tomaintain confidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation. HR certification (e.g. SHRMCPor PHR) is a plus.
