Mission

I constantly identify the expectations of my clients to boost my business I organize visits to competitors of my sport I listen to the current teammates I formalize the post implantation store review. I discuss with customers in-store (B to C) to figure out their conscious or subconscious expectations each year I am a participant in selling my sport (during money times), doing deliveries, being involved in flagship store moves, participating in a store opening, and answering user online reviews. I create an economic analysis of my area and provide recommendations to my project group  I define the merchandising strategies for my sport user trajectory I incorporate long-term ambitions on how to sell for my sport. I formalize my strategic axes at the time of the sport trajectory using Merch 3D software when necessary.While the selection is established I present the tactics for the sport.  I am responsible for (segmentation, presentation modes, help in choosing, integrating cross-selling, expanding the range, highlighting top of the range) I synchronize digital and physical customer journeys. I can conduct multiple tests offline that allow solutions to evolve while respecting the basics of Decathlon. In cooperation with my brand, experts, I manage solutions that are high-performing ,Efficient, inexpensive, daring (new technology), and adapted to different retail spaces. I define economical objectives of product sales potential 

I come up with high-performing layouts.

I diffuse offline implantation logic for my sport just before the range choice  I finalize the plan of display for each assortment  I prepare all necessary documents for Assortment selection While respecting the concept specifications and having an ecological and responsible mindset  I source content, adapt or create new when needed with the help of my Communication team to boost the performance of my sport I optimize product feedback / and answer to reviews to ease customer choice I use Store layout to conduct multiple tests to boost our user satisfaction and store efficiency I coordinate with the content creation team and online sport leader to create necessary and useful content for my sport

I support cities and stores and act to generate profitable growth on my sport

I seize every opportunity to present merchandising solutions to retail team I am exploring new ways of selling to boost my sport performance  I galvanize the short-term offline turnover

Experience Level:  Mid level professional with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience in retail management, Visual merchandising Retail & Business.

Education:  A bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field. An advanced degree or specialized certification in merchandising or retail management is a plus
