Job Description:

As a Retail Merchandiser at Monrow Shoes, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal of our stores and driving sales through effective merchandising strategies. You will collaborate closely with the store management team to ensure that our merchandise is presented in an attractive and engaging manner that maximizes customer interest and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products in an enticing manner. This includes arranging merchandise according to seasonal themes, trends, and promotional campaigns.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store manager to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained. Assist with receiving shipments, organizing merchandise in the stockroom, and conducting regular inventory audits.

Product Placement: Strategically place products throughout the store to optimize visibility and accessibility for customers. Implement effective product placement techniques to encourage crossselling and upselling opportunities.

Store Layout Optimization: Collaborate with the store management team to optimize the layout and flow of the store, taking into account factors such as, customer preferences, and seasonal trends.

Promotional Activities: Support promotional activities and special events by creating themed displays, signage, and promotional materials. Ensure that promotional merchandise is prominently featured and effectively communicated to customers.

Visual Standards Compliance: Maintain high visual standards throughout the store, ensuring that all displays are well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times. Adhere to brand guidelines and standards to uphold the Monrow Shoes brand image.


Qualifications: 2 to 4 years of previous experience in retail merchandising or visual merchandising preferred. Experience handling Footwear/Handbag category is an added advantage. Candidates with prior experience in planning, coordinating, or managing Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) Pop-Up experiences are highly preferred. Effective communication, Excel and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Should be flexible to work during weekends, this position also requires regular travel within the city as well as occasional outstation travel The ability to read, write, and speak in Hindi and the local language will be required to fulfill job responsibilities effectively.
