We are seeking a skilled anddynamic BIM Engineer with a passion for training and development tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on trainingcorporate clients and students in the use of Building InformationModeling (BIM) software and methodologies. In addition to trainingresponsibilities the BIM Engineer will also contribute to variousprojects asneeded

Designand deliver comprehensive BIM training programs for corporateclients and students.
Conduct bothinperson and online training sessions workshops andseminars.
Develop training materialsincluding presentations manuals and handsonexercises.
Work with clients toidentify their specific training requirements and customizetraining programsaccordingly.
Evaluate theeffectiveness of training programs through feedback andassessments.
Keep uptodate with thelatest developments in BIM software andmethodologies.
Continuouslyimprove training programs to reflect industry best practices andtechnological advancements.
Assistin the execution of BIM projects providing technical expertise andsupport as needed.
Collaborate withproject teams to ensure the successful implementation of BIMprocesses and standards.
Create andmanage BIM models for various projects ensuring accuracy andcompliance with projectspecifications.
Coordinate withother engineers architects and stakeholders to facilitate effectivecommunication and collaboration onprojects.
Participate in projectmeetings and provide BIMrelated insights andrecommendations.
Keep detailedrecords of all training sessions including attendance feedback andassessment results.
Generate reportson training activities project involvement and other relevantmetrics for management review.
Offerongoing support to clients and students posttraining to address anyquestions or issues they mayencounter.
Foster strongrelationships with corporate clients and educational institutionsto promote longterm engagement andcollaboration.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Construction Managementor a related field.
  • Minimum of 35years of experience in BIM engineering with a focus on training anddevelopment preferred.
  • Proficiencyin BIM software such as Autodesk Revit Navisworks AutoCAD and otherrelevant tools.
  • Strong understandingof BIM processes standards andworkflows.
  • Excellent verbal andwritten communicationskills.
  • Ability to explain complextechnical concepts in an understandablemanner.
  • Experience in designing anddelivering trainingprograms.
  • Ability to engage andmotivate learner
  • Strongproblemsolving skills and attention todetail.
  • Ability to manage multipletasks and projectssimultaneously


Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, ConstructionManagement, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experiencein BIM engineering, with a focus on training and developmentpreferred. Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit,Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools. Strong understandingof BIM processes, standards, and workflows. Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills. Ability to explain complex technicalconcepts in an understandable manner. Experience in designing anddelivering training programs. Ability to engage and motivatelearner Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projectssimultaneously
