JobSummary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiasticProgram Manager to join our team and work closely with our customerJK Tyre. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with theJK Tyre's marketing team to design and refine loyaltyprograms tailored specifically for their fleet customers. The idealcandidate will diligently analyse sales and loyalty data providingactionable insights to boost sales figures. Reporting directly tothe Program Head you will lead a team of BPS executives drivingsuccess through strategic planning and robust campaign management.Your responsibilities will also include organizing and leading bothonline and offline meetings liaising regularly with JKTyre's sales team and their valued customers and craftingdetailed execution plans on both monthly and yearly scales. Yourefforts will aim to elevate customer engagement levelstransitioning them to higher loyalty slabs and ensuring theprogram's overallsuccess.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implementstrategies for building strong relationships with participatingmembers of JK Baadshahprogram.
- Manage daytoday operations of theloyalty program ensuring a high level of participantengagement.
- Collaborate with JKTyre's marketing and sales team as well as customers toalign the loyalty program with broader companygoals.
- Analyse program data to evaluateperformance and identify areas forimprovement.
- Oversee the budget and resourcesallocated to the program.
- Run campaigns handle contests andexecute club benefits to JK Tyre'scustomers.
- Report regularly on theprogram’s progress and milestones to program head andteam JK Tyre.
RequiredQualifications:
- Bachelor’sor Master's degree in Business Marketing or relatedfield.
- Proven experience in programmanagement preferably in loyalty or relationshipmanagement.
- Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
DesiredSkills:
- Experience in theautomotive industry or similarsectors.
- Proficiency in CRM software anddata analysis tools.
- Leadership qualities and abilityto manage crossfunctionalteams.
- Work Environment and PhysicalDemands: Describe the typical work environment and any physical ortravel requirements.
