What you will do:
•Executive Support and Strategic Planning:
Work closely with the founder on daily tasks ranging from operational planning to strategic initiatives.
Assist in the development and execution of company-wide strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery and consistency with the company's objectives.
•Project Management and Execution:
Lead and support various functions such as sales, marketing, operations, hiring, and product management.
Track the progress of key projects, manage deadlines, and ensure deliverables are met.
Provide regular updates and reports to the founder and executive team on the status of ongoing projects.
•Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve day-to-day issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Identify bottlenecks in processes and work with relevant teams to implement solutions.
•Market Research and Business Development:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth.
Monitor Internal and External Communications to spot new avenues of improvement & growth.
•Communication and Coordination:
Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between the Founders Office and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Requirements• 2+ years of work experience, ideally in a fast-scaling company.
• Proven track record of strong execution and achieving results in previous roles.
• Experience in project management and a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Experience working closely with C-level executives or senior management is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
