RoleResponsibilities:

TheTraceability Coordinator will be responsiblefor:

TraceabilityManagement: Registering shipmentinformation and uploading important documentation to ensure datacompleteness within the company s online traceability andverificationsystem.

DataAnalysis and Reporting: Creatingand maintaining various reports and conducting data analysis usingExcel Zoho and other tools to assist in evaluating traceabilitymetrics.

GlobalCommunication: Engaging dailywith international partners in the retail and foodservice sectorsas well as internal teams in the USA and EU via email andphone.

Requirements

Theideal candidate will possess the followingqualifications:

AgeRange:2430Years

Education:Degreein a technical discipline such as the sciences technologyengineering ormathematics.

Experience:Minimum of 1 year in a similar role or in international customerservice

Skills:

oProficiencyin written and spokenEnglish

oStrongcomputer skills particularly in office applications with goodtypingabilities

oAnopen and communicative personality with solid interpersonalskills

PreferredQualifications:

oKnowledgeof export / import documentation and international businesspractices is anadvantage.

oAcertified course or Experience in Data Science or Analytics is avaluableaddition

oResidingwithin 15 km of MaraduCochin
