Position: Traceability Coordinator
Location: Cochin (Maradu)-Hilite Platino
Company: Smartuna Solutions (Specializing in Sustainability and traceability analysis for the global tuna industry)

An innovative and fast-growing leader in Sustainability and traceability within the USD 40 billion global tuna industry is seeking a Traceability Coordinator for its Traceability Department in Cochin (Maradu). As a global front-runner, the company works with partners worldwide to enhance sustainability and traceability practices across the seafood industry.

Role Responsibilities:

The Traceability Coordinator will be responsible for:

∙        Traceability Management: Registering shipment information and uploading important documentation to ensure data completeness within the company’s online traceability and verification system.

∙        Data Analysis and Reporting: Creating and maintaining various reports and conducting data analysis using Excel, Zoho, and other tools to assist in evaluating traceability metrics.

∙        Global Communication: Engaging daily with international partners in the retail and food-service sectors, as well as internal teams in the USA and EU, via email and phone.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

∙        Age Range: 24-30 Years

∙        Education: Degree in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics.

∙        Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role or in international customer service

∙        Skills:

o    Proficiency in written and spoken English

o    Strong computer skills, particularly in office applications, with good typing abilities

o    An open and communicative personality with solid interpersonal skills

∙        Preferred Qualifications:

o    Knowledge of export / import documentation and international business practices is an advantage.

o    A certified course or Experience in Data Science or Analytics is a valuable addition

o    Interest in affinity with sustainability - environment and social responsible practices

o    Residing within 15 km of Maradu, Cochin
