JobDescription:
Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functional consulting services byacting as subject matter expert to support the team through theentire cloud application services implementation lifecycle forOracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects in APAC/China LATM or EMEA Region
Identify business requirementsand map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusionfunctionality.
Conductedfunctional/technical design workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusionprojects.
Identify functionalitygaps in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion and build extensions forthem.
Advise the HCM team onoptions risks and any impacts on other processes orsystems.
Configure the Oracle HCMCloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and documentapplication setups.
Interact withcustomer business/IT teams & convey the solution. Performasis assessments & suggest tobeprocesses/functionality.
Writebusiness requirement documents for reports interfaces dataconversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusionprojects.
Develop Security andValidation Strategies & Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusionprojects.
Implement Security forOracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
Assist the HCM team in preparing validation scripts testingscenarios and developing test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusionprojects.

Thecandidate must have
8to 10 years of implementation experience in the HCM areaCompensation & Benefits with a minimum of 5 years ofexperience with Fusion HCM applications as a Functional Consultantand 2 years of experience as a functionallead.
Should have worked on atleast one endtoend implementation of Fusion HCM application in theAPAC/China or EMEA or LATM region with localizationexpertise.
Must have goodknowledge of legal and regulatorycompliance
Experience incapturing business requirements working with client keystakeholders and conductingworkshops.
Must be well versedwith the Life Cycle Methodology (AIM OUM) for Fusion Projects onCloud or OnPremise.
Ability tointeract with technical and functional internal teams at alllevels.
Ability to interact withcustomers and communicate with IT HR Team andleadership.
Candidate shouldhave
Experience in translatinguser interfaces reports and documentation into locallanguages.
Knowledge ofintramodule dependencies for all HCM valuestreams.
Should have worked inhandling inbound and outbound interfaces via cloud integrationtools like OCI SOA etc.
Experience in Oracle Fusion business process configurationWorkflows Security and other requiredconfigurations
Should have a goodunderstanding of localizationfeatures.
Should have goodexposure to customerfacing roles in implementation rollout andSupport Engagements.
