Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Drive and facilitate uniform customer experience excellence agenda across Stores-TNPS,Vi Search Utilization, Retentions, EQ,FOCS complaints "Drive and facilitate target achievement of:

Postpaid RGA, MNP, Family Acq

Acq. Churn & T4M/T6M Retention -Plan upgrades, Premium number, Mifi, International Roaming Packs, Prepaid 100% HSW compliance with 0 fatalities NIP Penetration: 75% CREs earning > 90% Attrition 4 Drive Profitability [LFS] by reduced OPEX and by building new lines of business. "Improve on people retention. Drive Digital to meet changing business processes in line with organization strategy.
