We are seeking anexperienced and innovative Lead Electrical Engineer to join ourdynamic team in Chennai. This role is pivotal in overseeing thetechnical aspects of residential and commercial solar and batteryprojects ensuring they meet high standards of quality andefficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inelectrical engineering with specific expertise in solar and batterysystem design andautomation.


RequirementsKeyResponsibilities

  • ProjectReview:

    • Conductcomprehensive reviews of both residential and commercial solar andbattery projects.
    • Ensure allprojects comply with relevant codes regulations and industrystandards.
    • Identify potential designimprovements and provide actionable recommendations to optimizeprojects.

  • TechnicalDocumentation:

    • Developand maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for theelectrical design of solar and batterysystems.
    • Ensure documentationsupports consistent highquality work throughout theorganization.

  • TrainingandDevelopment:

    • Leadtraining sessions for design and engineering teams to enhance theirskills in solar and battery projectimplementation.
    • Promote a culture ofcontinuous learning and technical excellence within theteam.

  • AutomationSupport:

    • Workclosely with the automation team to streamline project processesreducing errors and enhancing overall projectquality.
    • Use electrical expertise toimprove automation strategies andimplementation.

  • Supportto Licensed ElectricalEngineer:

    • Assistthe Licensed Electrical Engineer in tasks such as feasibilityassessments system design and resolving complex technicalissues.
EssentialQualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering specializing in Electrical or ElectronicEngineering.
  • 510years of relevant experience in electrical engineering specificallyin solar and battery systemdesigns.
  • Experiencewith residential projects required; commercial and utilityscaleproject experience highlypreferred.

Key Responsibilities Project Review: Conduct comprehensive reviewsof both residential and commercial solar and battery projects.Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes, regulations, andindustry standards. Use electrical expertise to improve automationstrategies and implementation. Support to Licensed ElectricalEngineer: Assist the Licensed Electrical Engineer in tasks such asfeasibility assessments, system design, and resolving complextechnical issues.
