Overview:The InsideSales Trainee plays a crucial role in our organization by learningthe fundamentals of inside sales and contributing to theachievement of sales targets. This role provides an excellentopportunity for individuals to develop their sales skills andproduct knowledge within a supportive teamenvironment.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Assist withprospecting and lead generation through cold calling and emailcampaigns
  • Learn and apply effective salestechniques to convert leads intocustomers
  • Collaborate with the sales team tounderstand customer needs and provide suitablesolutions
  • Assist in maintaining accurate andupdated records of customer interactions and transactions in theCRM system
  • Participate in sales meetings togain insights into effective sales strategies and productknowledge
  • Support the development andimplementation of sales initiatives and marketingcampaigns
  • Adhere to sales targets andcontribute to the overall team goalachievement
  • Handle customer inquiries andprovide exceptional customerservice
  • Continuously learn about the productsand services to effectively communicate their value to potentialcustomers
  • Participate in training programs andworkshops to enhance sales skills and productknowledge
  • Prepare and deliver salespresentations to potential clients
  • Assist inpreparing sales contracts andquotations
  • Collaborate with the marketing teamto develop compelling salesmaterials
  • Contribute to the overall sales teameffort by achieving individual and teamtargets

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Marketing or a related field
  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills
  • Stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport withcustomers
  • Ability to learn and apply salestechniques effectively
  • Customerorientedapproach with a focus on delivering highqualityservice
  • Ability to work well in a teamenvironment and collaborate effectively
  • Strongorganizational skills and the ability to prioritize taskseffectively
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in afastpaced dynamic work environment
  • Goalorientedmindset with a drive to achieve and exceed salestargets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRMsoftware
  • Strong attention to detail andaccuracy in customer interactions and recordkeeping
  • Ability to handle rejection andovercome objections in a professionalmanner
  • Willingness to continuously learn anddevelop sales skills and productknowledge
  • Previous experience in customerservice or sales is an advantage
