Responsibilities:Identifyand assess new international markets for our products consideringmarket trends competition and regulatory requirements. Contributeto the development and implementation of business strategies topenetrate and establish a strong presence in target markets.Cultivate and maintain relationships with distributors retailersand other strategic partners in various regions. Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure product offerings meet the uniqueneeds of different markets. Support negotiations and assist inclosing deals to secure new business partnerships and distributionagreements. Conduct market research to identify potential customersevaluate market potential and monitor competitor activities. Stayupdated on industry trends and provide insights to guide productdevelopment and innovation. Participate in international travel toattend trade shows conferences and business meetings representingFlavaroma and networking with keystakeholders.
Qualifications:Bachelorsdegree in Business International Relations or a related field(Masters degree preferred). Proven track record of at least 3 yearsin international business development preferably in the FlavoursFragrances or Essential Oils industry. Strong understanding ofglobal market dynamics cultural differences and regulatoryconsiderations. Excellent communication negotiation andrelationshipbuilding skills. Demonstrated ability to contribute tosuccessful market entry strategies. Strategic thinker with aresultsoriented mindset and a proactive approach to identifying newopportunities. Willingness to travel extensively for businesspurposes. Proficiency in multiple languages is aplus.
