ATMANis a growing company and we need someone to be therighthand person to our CEO. Were searching for a chief operatingofficer (COO) who has strong leadership skills and the ability toapproach business with a creative point of view. The COO will leadour team of highperforming professionals to be efficient productiveand effective. The ideal candidate has extensive experience withinConstruction / EPC project preferably having worked their way up toan executive role. We believe this trajectory helps a persondevelop a unique mix of business and management expertise plusproficiency with the practices policies and procedures of ourindustry.



Position : Chief OperatingOfficer

Qualification : BE/ BTech /MBA with excellent academicrecord


Location : ReportingLocation :Ahmedabad


Experience :Min 15 yeras


DutiesandResponsibilities:


Collaborate withCEO in setting and driving organizational vision operationsstrategy and hiring levels objectives. Translate strategy intoactionable steps for growth implementing organizationwide goalsetting performance management and annual operationsplanning

Oversee company operations and employee productivitybuilding a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members canthrive and that organizational goals aremet.

Ensure effective recruiting onboarding professionaldevelopment performance management andretention

Ensure compliance with national and local businessregulations and take appropriate action whennecessary

Analyze internal operations and identify areas forprocess enhancement Implement business strategies and plans thatalign with the short and longterm objectives developed in tandemwithCEO

Oversee Projects Finance operations HR and accountingand partner with CEO in sales management so that sufficientinvestment capital can be budgeted for nearterm growthtargets

Manage capital investments and expenses aggressivelyto ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth andprofitability

Monitor performance with tracking software and takecorrective measures when necessary and prepare detailed updates andforecasts

Build and maintain trusting relationships with keycustomers clients partners andstakeholders

Overseeing company operations project timelinesbusiness developments and employee productivity while building ahighly inclusive culture to ensure team membersthrive

Measuring andanalyzing current revenue streams offerings and relationships tooptimize business growth and revenuestrategy.

Developingactionable business strategies objectives and plans that ensurealignment with short and longterm objectives developed in tandemwith theCEO

Strategicallymanaging organizing and coordinating employees from differentdepartments and locations to ensureefficiency

Implementing financial procedures and organizationalpolicies and programs to drive the company s operating capabilitiesto surpass the industryaverage.

Assessing and implementing improved processes and newtechnologies and collaborating with management. Building and maintaining relationships with otherprofessionals and organizations in theindustry
