Duties and Responsibilities:

 

è Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels objectives. Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning

è  Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.

è  Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention

è  Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations, and take appropriate action when necessary

è  Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO

è  Oversee Projects , Finance , operations, HR, and accounting, and partner with CEO in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets

è  Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability

è  Monitor performance with tracking software and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts

è  Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders

è  Overseeing company operations, project timelines, business developments, and employee productivity while building a highly inclusive culture to ensure team members thrive

è Measuring and analyzing current revenue streams, offerings, and relationships to optimize business growth and revenue strategy.

è Developing actionable business strategies, objectives, and plans that ensure alignment with short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO

è Strategically managing, organizing, and coordinating employees from different departments and locations to ensure efficiency

è  Implementing financial procedures and organizational policies and programs to drive the company’s operating capabilities to surpass the industry average.

è  Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies and collaborating with management.  Building and maintaining relationships with other professionals and organizations in the industry
