The roleis to develop and execute the required change &communications activity to successfully deliver and deploy thespecific projects they have been assigned to within the requiredbusinesses and markets to ensure business leaders are regularlyengaged and the change network and impacted employees are readywilling and able to adopt and comply with the new system processesand organisational structures.
Role Expectation:
1. Ensuring that thecentrally defined change & communications approach andtools are applied appropriately across the project and/or aremodified as appropriate in agreement with the GCC Change &Communications Lead.
2. Responsible for assessment of requirements detailedplanning and delivery of the change and communications activitiesreporting progress against plan and managing risks and issues inclose collaboration with assigned ERP deployment lead and widerproject team.
3.Managing a complex stakeholder landscape where stakeholders areengaged effectively to ensure understanding buy in and a smoothpath for project delivery; engagement requirements may also includethird party vendors and business services hubs.
4. Identifying mobilisingand managing the change network for the project
5. Creating and executing abusiness change impact assessment and change action plan to ensurechange is successfully mitigated
6. Executing businessreadiness activities to measure whether impacted employees areready for the change creating and delivering adoption plans asnecessary.
7.Effective management of all communications activities includingaudience and stakeholder identification development of acommunications engagement strategy key messages materials andchannels while ensuring content is created in line with a GlobalPharma Company s tone of voice tools and brand guidelines.
8. Ensuringappropriate engagement with delivery partners across the businesse.g. GPOs TPOs Finance HR Tech ERP Learning Comms etc
9. Focus on continuousimprovement of methodology and feedback of lessons learned withinGCC Transformation team and broader change teams
10. Engage with the wider aGlobal Pharma Company change and comms management community todrive best practices and learnings and to ensure compliance toglobal policies principles and tools.

Deep subject matter expertin project change and communication management.
Proven track record ofdelivering transformational change on multiple largescaleprogrammes (e.g. SAP ERP deployments offshoring andoutsourcing)
5yrs experience of change management and communications delivery;some training experience is advantageous
Experience of human centricdesign agile and lean methodologies preferred
Ability to inspirecrossfunctional virtual global and diverse teams
Relationship andstakeholder management ( e.g. persuading and influencingskills)
Provenproblemsolving and negotiation capabilities along with aprocessfocused perspective
Proven ability to deliver results in a complex /globalenvironment and to solve complex business and processproblems.
ProsciChange Management Certification (preferred)
Project managementcertification (PMI/CAPM or PMP PRINCE2)
Agile (SAFe/SCRUM) and LeanSix Sigma (preferred)
Flexible to Work in shift operations to cater based onthe business needs
