Primary Responsibilities:

Designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products, from product definition and planning through production, release and end-of-lifeManagement of the full product lifecycle with a technical focus, including the strategy, design, development, management and end-of-life of new, existing or acquired productsLeverages market insights and emerging technology developments and trends to understand market/customer needs, as well as identify new opportunities or make adjustments to current product offeringsBalances deep subject matter expertise with knowledge of business use cases and solid technical aptitudeAccountable for delivering product performance in alignment with expectations, and updates changes to a product portfolio to improve competitive position and produce optimal product performance to meet customer and market needsAccountable to and/or owns the P&L, and is responsible for cross-functional stakeholder management, to include (but not limited to) design, engineering, scrum teams, business leaders, etc., functioning as technical expert with a fluency in development concepts and modern development practicesPositions in this function may require a background or degree in computer science or engineeringDrive product vision and strategy roadmapEngage appropriate enterprise-wide stakeholders to enable awareness and alignmentLead the product across its entire lifecycle using defined processes and industry best practicesKnow the market, to effectively identify and frame new technology productsDefine solutions with high-value requirements, a compelling business case, clear product positioning, priority and strategic impactPartner with stakeholders to enable successful development, delivery, and adoption of technology solutionsManage ongoing product performance, expansion, financial health, roadmap and end-of-life decision as appropriateServe as the product champion and apply deep expertise to credibly represent, manage and engage with business(es)

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.Actively advances understanding of product model and product culture across assets / teamsUnderstands the “what & why” of the User Stories & Feature, their relationship to OKR's, and how each may impact the CustomerUnderstands and contributes to initiatives and value propositions to deliver a thoughtful, holistic solutionUnderstands primary capabilities within the portfolio / product lineUnderstands a feature’s impact / relationship on other functionalityUnderstands high level end to end solution including data flowsComfortable in Aha, Rally, GitHubWorking knowledge in DevOpsProven ability to engage with users and delivers incremental value to consumers that will increase Net Promoter Score (NPS)Proven ability to communicate effectively to build relationships with key stakeholders ( scrum teams / product leads / delivery leads)Proven ability to identify and appropriately leverage SMEsProven ability to speak credibly to both business and technology partners across teams and levelsProven ability to ensure user stories are directly tied to OKRsProven ability to manage prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, business requirements, technical limitations, performance and operationalProven ability to drive the budget at feature/scrum team levelProven ability to translate customer insights into actionable jobs to be doneProven ability to support manage the product backlog and prioritizationProven ability to partner with engineering teams on the creation of requirements and user storiesProven ability to effectively balances needs of operations and technical teamsProven ability to support integration testing / automation practicesProven ability to be a trusted partnerProven ability to provide situational support to other product teamsProven ability to positively influence capability outcomesProven ability to effectively leads cross-functional meetings, interfaces well with direct leadershipProven ability to leverage network to identify/refer qualified candidates to fill open rolesProven ability to contribute to hire decisions using a calibrated bar for talent assessmentProven ability to drive product strategy through strategic and feature roadmap developmentProven ability in establishing constructive, collaborative relationship with customers. Front face of customerProven ability in diffuses conflict by driving consensus based in the greater good of the product and customer needsProven ability in decomposes capabilities into manageable features/stories
