Job Opportunity: ProgramManager Commercial Team (PMO)


Job Purpose andKey Accountabilities:


We are currently seeking ahighly motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as aProgram Manager for the Commercial Team. The successful candidatewill play a vital role in supporting the Global Chief CommercialOfficer in implementing various Global Initiatives and Programs.This role involves overseeing new process implementations strategicinitiatives planning and reporting.


PrimaryResponsibilities:


ProgramManagement:

  • Manage therollout and successful implementation of assigned GlobalPrograms.
  • Oversee key projects from the GCCOoffice.
  • Conceptualize and coordinate programimplementation with Regional Entities Business Units and CorporateFunctions.
  • Perform project planning resourceallocation budgeting and risk management.
  • Useproject management tools (e.g. Jira MS Projects Gantt Charts) totrack program goals and progress.
  • Provideregular status updates to stakeholders on successes risks andissues related to budget schedule or project completion.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure program objectives align with commercial officegoals.
  • Monitor and report on programperformance taking corrective action as required.
  • Identify and manage program risks.
  • Facilitate crossfunctional teamwork and communication toensure program success.
  • Continuously evaluateand improve program processes and practices.


Support forGCCO:

  • Assist GCCO withkey commercial office planning and presentations.


DataAnalytics for Decision Making:

  • Prepare and format information for internal and externaldistribution.
  • Conduct data analysis forfunctional and organizational data using digital and criticalthinking skills.
  • Research internal andexternal data to create analyses identifying areas of concern oropportunity.


Events & VisitsManagement:

  • Identifyempanel and manage vendors required for program/projectimplementation.
  • Plan and coordinate logisticalarrangements and execution of events at global and regionallevels.
  • Coordinate the execution of variousprograms/events with the Administrative Assistant andfacilities.


Team Development:

  • Attend seminars exhibitions and trainingprograms to continuously update knowledge.
  • Provide coaching support and leadership to teams ensuringthe development of skills and competencies.
  • Drive development initiatives to generate newideas/insights with business impact beyond individual workareas.


Reporting Relationship andLocation:

The position reports tothe Global Chief Commercial Officer. This is a global rolerequiring interactions with Global Management regional CEOs CFOsGlobal CXOs Regional Team members Vendors Partners Industry forumsand External Consultants.


Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should be a seasoned professional withexperience in Program Management for large organizations preferablylisted ones. Significant experience in a consulting firm isadvantageous. The candidate should possess a strong executivepresence relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to make animpact with internal and external stakeholders.


Education andExperience Guidelines:

  • Minimum Bachelors or master s degree from PremierInstitution in Strategy Business Administration Economics Financeor a related discipline.
  • Minimum 68 years ofrelevant program management experience.
  • Strongskills in Microsoft Office Excel PowerPoint and Project Managementsoftware like MS Project.


PersonalAttributes:

The individual shouldbe independent dynamic with highenergy strong interpersonalinfluencing and relationship skills. The ability to define and owndeliverables collaborate with business teams and act as a changeagent is crucial. An excellent communication style conveyingexpertise and confidence is expected.
