Job Responsibilities:

Managementof all spill queues within the platform.

Responding to client queries & Front office queries

Liaison with trading desk and related stakeholders toescalate any trade or booking issues

Liaisonwith Associated teams within the Service Control utility to helpresolve trade related FOBO breaks

Ability toapply problem solving and investigative techniques to trade booking/ flow issues.

Help with project and CTBdevelopment where required.

Build and maintainstrong relationship with our front office Back office andoperations areas

Knowledge of Options and otherderivative instruments would be preferable

Should manage all queries related to instrument staticdata.

Direct relationships with the frontoffice / backoffice colleagues.

Build andmaintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the globe inFront Back and Middle Office

Strong working andopen relationship with local management

Technical & BehavioralCompetencies:

At least 710 years in an operational supportposition.

IB Equity Operations experiencepreferred essentially in Trade Support functions.

Competency with MS Suite especially Excel and the abilityto learn multiple programs quickly.

Knowledgeof and an interest in the financial markets (derivative productknowledge especially swaps/ FX/ F&O)

Ability to work under pressure handle multiple priorities and workas part of a team as well as individually.

Comfortable working across various groups including Sales TradingAccounting Technology & other MO Teams

Prior middle office or operational experience is a must.

Strong control focus and aptitude (both financial andoperational).
