POSITIONPURPOSE

Our tier One Corporate andinvestment banking client is looking for an individual to join witha permanent contract the Exotic Trade Support team. Within thisbusiness the Exotic Trade Support team is part of Global MarketOperations and is dedicated to provide a premium service to FrontOffice and indirectly to BNPs clients acting as the single point ofcontact regarding posttrade management (primary trades validation& lifecycle events management) and daily operationalactivity across all asset classes.

The teams arebased in Lisbon Paris New York and Hong Kong provide seamlesssolutions in Exotic Equity Derivatives ensuring traders benefitfrom local support and expertise as well as proactive management oftheir issues.

Product Scopes:all Exotic Equity Derivatives risk managed in APAC (Exotic OptionsExotic Swaps Autocallable Structured Notesetc.)

The APAC Exotic Equity Derivatives teamsprimary responsibilities are

  • To bookand follow up all the trade operations pending onT1
  • To be the middleman tocoordinate all information from client and FronttoBack to ensuresmooth processing and settlement is properlyperformed
  • To performdaytoday core trade support functions to Trading including tradevalidation late trade booking trade amendment andcancellation
  • To handle anyposttrade events such as corporate action adjustment secondaryevent booking andnotification
  • To perform asan independent control team to strengthen all the control withinGlobal Market Operations and to follow the escalationrule
  • To assist workclosely and have frequent contact with Front Offices (Sales TradingBusiness Managers RelationshipManagers).
