Inviting applications for the role Senior Manager-Data Scientist
We are seeking someone who can Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of predictive modelling solutions.
Responsibilities: -
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop AI solutions. -
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML.-
• Identify potential use cases across respective tracks and evolve prioritization approach considering factors like, Technology feasibility, Operations feasibility, Time frame of implementation, Potential risks etc.
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and robustness of AI applications.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning applications,
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
• Relevant years of experience of model development using Python/PySpark libraries. Development on Databricks environment will be a plus.
• Strong proficiency in building/training/evaluating state of the art machine learning models and its deployment.
• Proficiency in Statistical and Probabilistic methods such as SVM, Decision-Trees, Bagging and Boosting Techniques, Clustering, Time Series forecasting.
• Proficiency in Core NLP techniques like Text Classification, Named Entity Recognition (NER), Topic Modelling, Sentiment Analysis, etc.
• Hands on experience with Generative AI / Large Language Models using the latest available frameworks.
• Strong working knowledge of Python’s data analysis frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Proficiency in Python and common Machine Learning frameworks (NLTK, Stanford NLP, PyTorch, SparkML and OpenAI etc.)
Preferred qualifications
• Working experience on Azure will be a Plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools Power BI, Tableau, etc. and strong SQL skills are a plus.
• Should be able to mentor and guide mid to large sized teams under him/her.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
