who we need . . .
We are looking for a program manager with a background in Life Science translation management to oversee deployment, reporting, and communications for a program office centralizing translation orders for a global pharma company. The role involves managing translations across clinical trials, regulatory affairs, medical devices, marketing, and eLearning. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer interaction skills, experience working with clients and suppliers to address challenges, and the ability to develop effective solutions.
what we need you to do . . .
- Lead deployment of the MSP from program initiation through steady state
- Create and implement MSP deployment plans, including communications and risk management plan
- Lead client meetings and program deployment status updates
- Facilitate direct communication between all stakeholders, internal and external
- Prepare program communications, including status reports, financials, business updates, and newsletter content
- Lead implementation/customization of program reporting solution
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to key stakeholders
what we want you to have . . .
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred but not required
- Minimum ten years of experience delivering complex projects
- Strong leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success in managing large scale projects as main point of contact
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Verbal and written fluency in a foreign language a plus
- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution, Masters or MBA a plus
- Advanced data analysis skill, Microsoft Office, including hands-on experience with Excel VBA, Python, and Power BI
