JobResponsibilities:
  • Plan& achieve the assigned Sales goals for Self and Team with adefined IC/Team goal structure.
  • Collaborate& work closely with internal business teams to understandthe short term and long term needs of the business and plan aheadfor any resourcing needs.
  • Work aggressivelytowards developing the identified Industries/Segments with focus onlongterm and complete portfoliodepth businessrelationships.
  • Work with the VP Sales toprioritize the goals for the business unit. Set both short term andlongterm goals for the teams individually andtogether.
  • Have a positive and aggressiveoutlook towards identifying and leveraging opportunities forachieving business engagement and sales within the assignedregion.
  • Be responsible for growing sales teamand individual contributors in your team. Provide constant andconstructive feedback to the managers.
  • Be aguiding role model for all the sales team managers display a senseof ownership in terms of leading from thefront.
  • Participate in building the modernpayments technology and banking infrastructure with the fastestgrowing Fintech company in India.
  • Build andmaintain strong customer relationships and be a partner tocustomers to understand their needs andobjectives.
  • New Customer Acquisition in thePayments Gateway and Payouts domain.
  • Achieveassigned Targets consistently and collectively as a team for theRegion.

  • Aperformer with a proven track record of achieving individual andTeam targets.
  • Good connections and network withdecisionmakers within Industries as relevant to the Payment Gatewaybusiness.
  • Passion towards the next generationof payment solutions and should be a natural at leadingpeople.
  • Proven sales experience of meeting orexceeding targets and interacting with all levels of clientorganization including executive andClevel.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize driveand implement sales strategy and process with a clientcentricapproach.
  • Indepth knowledge about DigitalPayments Fintech Industry.
  • Should have around1014 years of overall experience with a minimum of 23 years in thePayment Gateway solutioning/sales roles.
  • Shouldbe open to traveling across theregion.
