Cashfree is backed by Silicon Valley investor Y Combinator, Apis Partners, State Bank of India (SBI) and was incubated by PayPal. Cashfree is currently used by over 100,000 businesses for vendor payouts, wage payouts, build refunds, expense reimbursements, loyalty, and rewards. Some of its notable customers include Dunzo, Xiaomi, Tencent, Delhivery, Zomato, Cred, Club Factory, and ExxonMobil.


What You Will Do:

  • Build strong working relationships across the business and technical teams
  • Be an active listener to deeply understand comments and concerns expressed by stakeholders
  • Work with stakeholders and prioritize problems
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritise product stories in engineering sprints
  • Identify and articulate the impact of decisions on upstream and downstream areas, trade-offs, benefits
  • You will work very closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including and not limited to the sales team, marketing team, operations team, software developers, data scientists, service designers, and business analysts


What You Will Need:

  • 5+ years of product management experience along with an academic background with a B. Tech and MBA or equivalent experience
  • Direct experience with technologies or an understanding of how technology works
  • An experience working with tech teams to come up with product solutions that are technology first and scalable
  • Influencing skills that compel and persuade individuals or teams that operate inside and outside the company without direct authority
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, agile product team environment
  • Experience working closely with UX teams to imagine, scope, and build customer first products
  • Demonstrated ability to weigh product trade-offs, especially in an ambiguous environment.
  • Deep analytical skills that use structured and unstructured data to inform key metrics and improve business decision making
  • Able to simplify complex ideas and communicate them with clear, logical thinking.
  • Be able to write code in Python, SQL OR a willingness to learn any other structured programming language
