Ensure all transactions are done perfectly art receipt and dispatch section, ensure proper storage of bodies, timely supplies to internal customer, in BIW, Casting, Forging stores. Ensure Truck turnaround time is as per goal. Ensure total material accountability in his area. Ensure zero Safety incidents in his area, train associates and officers on BBS2. Ensure FIFO in his area. Implement TPM as per road map. Ensure Scrap yard is maintained as per guideline and SPD requirement is fulfilled as defined. Ensure timely dispatch of rejections to suppliers. Leverage IT enabled systems in his area. Timely planning of resources in his area.
