JobSummary:The Sales Manager forHeavy Machinery is responsible for leading the sales team anddriving revenue growth in the heavy machinery segment. This roleinvolves developing and implementing sales strategies managing keyaccounts and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will alsobe responsible for building and maintaining strong customerrelationships identifying new business opportunities and ensuringcustomer satisfaction.KeyResponsibilities:
  1. Developand implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals andtargets.
  2. Lead and motivate the sales team toachieve individual and team targets.
  3. Identifyand develop new business opportunities in the heavy machinerysegment.
  4. Build and maintain strongrelationships with key customers andstakeholders.
  5. Provide product demonstrationsand presentations to potentialcustomers.
  6. Prepare sales reports and forecastsfor management.
  7. Collaborate with otherdepartments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolveissues.
  8. Stay uptodate with industry trendsmarket developments and competitoractivities.
Qualifications:
  • BachelorsEngineering degree in Mechanical or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in sales managementpreferably in the heavy machineryindustry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonalskills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiationskills.
  • Ability to travel asrequired.
  • Knowledge of CRM software is aplus
