Salary Offered- Upto 2.40 LPA (Depending on Candidature)
Location- Chembur, Mumbai (Work From Office)
Timing- 10 AM to 7 PM
Working Days- Monday to Saturday(1st & 3rd Saturday Off).Sundays Fixed Off.

Job Description :-


Respond to customer queries across all support channels promptly.


Coordinate with our Operations Team to ensure proper dispatch of packages.


Ensure a smooth delivery experience, by working with our delivery partners.


Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the brand.


Prepare basic reports in Excel to analyze the performance


We hope that this person can grow their career with us and learn different parts of the business in the coming years.


Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills


Good analytical skills and familiarity in working with Excel
