AsHR Recruitment Associate at our client place in Ahmedabad Gujaratyou will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment processoutsourcing activities for the organization. Your responsibilitieswill include sourcing screening and coordinating recruitmentefforts in collaboration with internal teams and externalpartners.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Interviewingcandidates and screening resumes to determine who should be invitedfor inpersoninterviews
  • Coordinatingall aspects of the hiring process including scheduling interviewschecking references and preparingcontracts
  • Recommendingcandidates for positions based on their qualifications experiencelevels and cultural fit with the companyculture
  • Preparingreports detailing the status of open positions candidatesqualifications reasons for disqualificationetc.
  • Coordinatingwith hiring managers to schedule interviews schedule orientationsand prepare candidates for newpositions
  • Researchingcandidates backgrounds to ensure they meet the minimumqualifications for theposition

BasicQualifications

  • 12years of recruiting experience across multiple industriesmanufacturing industries experience is atpreference
  • Graduate/PostGraduate/MBA HR or equivalentexperience
  • Outstandingverbal and written communicationskills
  • Exceptionalorganizational and analyticalskills
  • Demonstratedhistory ofsuccess
  • Abilityto handle highvolumeaccounts
  • Fierceand competitivespirit
  • Basiccomputer skills including MSOffice.
