Your work profile
As a Associate Director in our SuccessFactors Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.
Desired qualifications
At least 12+ years of work experience in a challenging and dynamic environment. Experienced in SuccessFactors implementation across multiple modules, such as, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Performance Management and Goal Management, Succession Planning, Career Development, Employee Central Payroll, SAP HCM Payroll As a technical Consultant, will be responsible for designing and building the SuccessFactors solution. Experience of developing solution in BTP Setting up base line configurations, Extensively worked on integration with third party solutions across processes Integration of Employee Central Payroll with Finance Responsible for interacting with business users/ functional leads for requirement gathering and providing timely updates on progress made. Responsible for completing all tasks assigned by team lead and project manager. Willingness to travel for short and long term durations. Strong communication skills (written & verbal). Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.Location and way of working
Base location: Pan India This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work. Hybrid is our default way of working.
