Location - Dehradun, Uttrakhand

Type: Internship

Tenure: 6 months


About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible Project Management Intern to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.


The responsibilities include preparing comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.


Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating various project management activities.
  • Engage with clients to understand project requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Create project schedules that include materials estimates and manpower needs to be submitted to management
  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Contribute to analyzing project risks and opportunities.
  • Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management.
  • Create and maintain project documentation and reports.


Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
  • Capable of synthesizing and summarizing complex data or findings to drive decision-making
  • Organized, Multi tasking, Tracking on client mails/tasks and reverting them on time.
  • Should be able to work in a cross-functional environment.
  • Should have knowledge of MS Excel, power point, MS Word.
  • Prefer any experience in Product Presentation, Demo,product manual creation.
  • Excellent communication, Strong organizational and time management skills.
