  • Assist customers in booking domestic and international flight tickets
  • Provide information on flight availability, fares, and schedules
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to flight bookings
  • Process ticket reservations and ensure accurate and timely issuance of tickets
  • Coordinate with airlines and travel agents to ensure smooth travel arrangements
  • Keep updated with airline policies, procedures, and industry trends
  • Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy
  • Handle ticket cancellations and changes as per customer requests
  • Support customers with pre and post-flight assistance
