Jetbrois seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as aProject Management Trainee. As a Project Management Trainee youwill embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equipyou with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in projectmanagement within the digital agencylandscape.

KeyResponsibilities:

1.Learning and Development:
Participatein structured training programs to develop a deep understanding ofproject management methodologies tools and bestpractices.

2.Support Project Managers:
Assistexperienced Project Managers in planning executing and monitoringdigital projects from initiation to completion. This includescoordinating with crossfunctional teams tracking project milestonesand ensuring timely delivery ofdeliverables.

3.Documentation and Reporting:
Learnto create and maintain project documentation including projectplans schedules budgets and status reports. Develop proficiency inusing project management software to track progress and communicateprojectupdates.

4.Client Communication:
Gainexposure to client interactions by assisting in client meetingsgathering requirements and managing client expectations throughoutthe projectlifecycle.

5.Quality Assurance:
Collaboratewith Quality Assurance teams to ensure that deliverables meet thehighest standards of quality and align with clientexpectations.

6.Continuous Improvement:
Proactivelyseek opportunities to streamline processes improve efficiency andenhance project outcomes. Contribute ideas for innovation andoptimization within the project managementfunction.

Requirements
  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management InformationTechnology or relatedfield.

  2. Strongorganizational skills with excellent attention todetail.

  3. Effectivecommunication skills both written andverbal.

  4. Abilityto thrive in a fastpaced collaborativeenvironment.

  5. Basicunderstanding of project management concepts is preferred but notrequired.

  6. Eagernessto learn and a growthmindset.

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management,Information Technology, or related field. Strong organizationalskills with excellent attention to detail.
