JobSummary
  1. Leadtechnical engagements with our largest and most complex usersacting as the technical point of contact and trusted advisor duringthe developmentprocess.
  2. Deeplyunderstand and anticipate customer needs positioning the company sproduct as the premier solution to address their complexchallenges.
  3. Developand oversee the creation of advanced technical content (includingdocuments diagrams proofofconcept test plans etc.) to guidecustomers in implementing sophisticated use cases or adopting bestpractices.
  4. Designwrite and maintain sophisticated software solutions to enhanceProfessional Services ability to deliver exceptional value tocustomers.
  5. Rigorouslytest and evaluate our solutions and processes to pinpoint areas forimprovement.
  6. Continuously improve our products/processes through expert insightsto technical discussions enhance our products internal tools andthe overall customerexperience.
  7. Manageand optimize production IT infrastructure overseeing major changesor customizations on behalf of ourcustomers
  8. Collaborateclosely with Product Management to evolve the platform leveragingdeep insights derived from our team s extensive fieldexperience.
  9. Createand maintain process/technical documentation and developcomprehensive knowledge base articles aiming to increase efficiencyand minimizeeffort.
  10. Mentorjunior engineers and team members fostering a culture of continuouslearning anddevelopment.



Requirements
  1. MCA/ BE / ME or relatedfields.
  2. 10years of productionlevel experience inPythonand other programminglanguages.
  3. Expertisein Unix and Windows operating systems with advanced proficiency incommand lineinterfaces.
  4. Proficientin using Git with a strong understanding of best practices (featurebranching merges rollbacks etc.) and experience in leadingcollaborative developmentefforts.
  5. Extensiveexperience with scripting languages (bash) application development(Python .NET Java JavaScript) databases PostgreSQL and analyticaltools.
  6. Handsonexperience with Azure infrastructure web services andoperations.
  7. Demonstrableexperience in common enterprise applications (CRM HRIS ERP etc.)and theirintegration.
  8. Excellentcommunication skills problem solving ability thinking out of thebox solution oriented attitude with a proven ability to develop andarticulate complex technical concepts in a clear concisemanner.
